Terms & Booking Policy

These terms apply when you book or receive a session from Jen's Healing Lab (“I”, “me”). By booking, you agree to them.

1. Nature of the service

Body Code sessions are complementary energy work for relaxation and personal growth. Jennifer is not a licensed physician, psychologist, counselor, veterinarian or massage therapist. Sessions do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or veterinary care. Please keep seeing your own providers and never change a medication or treatment because of a session. The Body Code is considered experimental. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

2. Booking and payment

Sessions are booked online or by request. Prices are listed on the Sessions & prices page in US dollars. Payment is taken when a booking is confirmed or as stated at checkout.

3. Rescheduling and cancellation

  • You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours and missed sessions count as used and are not refunded.
  • If I need to cancel, you may choose a new time or a full refund for that session.

4. Refunds

Sessions are not refundable once they have taken place. Unused sessions in a package may be refunded at my discretion, less the full single-session price of any sessions already used.

5. Packages

Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. They can be used for 60-minute Body Code Sessions, online or in person, and do not cover Body Code + Sound.

6. Minors and animals

Sessions for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who consents and stays present. Animal sessions are booked by the animal’s owner or guardian and are not veterinary care.

7. Recording

Sessions are not recorded unless you request it and all participants agree in writing beforehand.

8. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your own health decisions and agree to keep seeing your own medical, mental-health and veterinary providers. Please do not attend an in-person session if you are unwell.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Jen's Healing Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a session or from use of this website, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.

11. Changes

I may update these terms. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
