Prefer to be in the room? In-person sessions take place in a quiet, light-filled private studio at OHM Lab in Thornebrook Village.
The room
Sunlight, candles, a small table for two and a row of crystal singing bowls. In-person sessions are hands-off: you sit or lie down, whichever is more comfortable, and I work by proxy.
