Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Jen's Healing Lab collects, how it is used and your choices.
What I collect
- Contact and booking details: name, email, phone, time zone and the session you book.
- What you choose to share: a few words about what you would like to focus on, and session notes I write.
- Email list: your name and email if you sign up for the free audio.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. I do not see or store full card numbers.
How it is used
To schedule and hold sessions, send your session summary, reply to messages, and, if you signed up, send occasional emails. I never sell or rent your information.
Who helps me run the practice
Trusted providers process information on my behalf: Acuity Scheduling for bookings, Stripe for card payments, Zoom for video sessions, website hosting and forms (Netlify), email (Google) and, if you join the list, an email newsletter service. They may only use it to provide their service to me.
Sensitive information
Anything you share about your emotions or wellbeing is kept confidential and is shared only if the law requires it. Please do not send medical records.
How long I keep it
Session notes and booking records are kept for up to 3 years, then deleted, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing jenhealinglab@gmail.com. If you live in the European Union, the UK or a US state with privacy laws such as Washington or California, you have these rights under those laws as well, and I will honor them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. Sessions for minors are booked by a parent or guardian.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first.
