Emotion Code vs Body Code: what is the difference?

Both come from Dr. Bradley Nelson and Discover Healing, and they are closely related. Here is the short version.

The Emotion Code

The Emotion Code focuses on trapped emotions: emotional energy from past experiences that, in this approach, is thought to linger. It also covers the Heart-Wall. Practitioners find trapped emotions with muscle testing and release them with a magnet.

The Body Code

The Body Code includes everything in the Emotion Code and adds more areas to look at, including energy, lifestyle and other kinds of imbalances. Practitioners must learn the Emotion Code first, so every Body Code practitioner also practices the Emotion Code.

What that means for you

As a certified Body Code practitioner, I use whichever parts are most helpful in the moment. Most sessions include plenty of Emotion Code work, especially trapped emotions and the Heart-Wall. You do not need to choose between them.

An honest note

The Body Code is considered experimental and is not medical or psychological care. Many people simply find sessions relaxing and feel lighter afterward. If you are curious, a single session is the best way to find out how it feels for you.

Body Code sessions are complementary energy work for relaxation and personal growth. Jennifer is not a licensed physician, psychologist, counselor, veterinarian or massage therapist. Sessions do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or veterinary care. Please keep seeing your own providers and never change a medication or treatment because of a session. The Body Code is considered experimental. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
